Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or legal action, the User shall have the right to file a complaint with a Control Authority, particularly in the Member State in which he/she has his/her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, in the event that he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data is not appropriate to the regulations, as well as in the event that he/she is not satisfied with the exercise of his/her rights. The supervisory authority to which the complaint has been submitted shall inform the complainant of the course and the outcome of the complaint.
